When do you ship and when can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed by 10pm ET will ship the next business day and be delivered within 2 days of shipment. A tracking notification will be sent via email once an order ships. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. If you would like to request

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Some items ship separately, so you may receive several tracking links. Sign in to our Help Center to track your order.

What if I need a specific delivery date?

If you need a specific delivery date, please contact customer service, and we will try to accommodate your needs. We do not offer same-day, Sunday, or Monday deliveries. See our shipping schedule for more information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We do have free shipping options. Freshly frozen orders over $125 ship free nationwide. We also have certain products that offer free shipping, including our live shellfish. For more details, view our shipping and delivery page.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We have several shipping partners, so one order may ship in several boxes and receive several tracking notifications. If your order has not shipped yet, see our shipping

How long does delivery take?

Once an order ships, transit time should be 1-3 days. Fresh items ship next day. Frozen items are 1-2 days in transit. Shelf-stable items may be longer in transit.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. We don’t require signatures on our deliveries, and we pack our boxes to ensure they will stay at the optimal temperature even after being delivered. If you would like to have a signature required, please make a request

Why can’t I track my order?

If you have not yet received tracking information, it may be that your order has not yet been fulfilled. Please refer to our shipping schedule or contact customer service for assistance.

Why are non-frozen and frozen items shipped separately?

Freshly frozen items ship with dry ice and will arrive fully frozen. Our live and fresh (non-frozen) items ship with gel packs and will arrive cool to the touch and ready to prepare. To ensure items arrive at peak quality, we ship frozen and non-froz

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Only the USPS can handle the final delivery to PO boxes and we work with different carriers to ensure we deliver the quality and timeliness you expect.

Do you deliver to Hawaii or Alaska?

We currently only deliver to the continental US, and do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship to these locations because our operation is not set up to guarantee that the seafood will arrive on time and in perfect condition due to the dista
