Where do you ship from?

We ship our seafood from a few locations in order to get you the highest quality seafood and in order to offer you free shipping options. For specific information, please see the Shipment & Delivery tab on the product pages.

Freshly Frozen - These are shipped from the Fulton Fish Market and from fulfillment centers located closer to customers. When it comes to our freshly frozen seafood, we are able to select the best seafood, freeze it at peak freshness, and have it transported to fulfillment centers and customers mostly via trucks while staying frozen. This allows us to offer free shipping options nationwide and limit the use of planes, which helps limit emissions.
Live & Fresh - This is shipped from the Fulton Fish Market and directly from the docks. Due to the perishable nature of live and fresh items and our commitment to premium quality, we pick out the best products and have them shipped overnight. They typically ship via plane unless a truck can reach you within 1 day.
Shelf-Stable - These are typically shipped from fulfillment centers located closer to our customers. This allows us to offer free shipping options nationwide and limit the use of planes, which helps limit emissions.
