Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?Updated 3 months ago

No, you do not need to be home. We don’t require signatures on our deliveries, and we pack our boxes to ensure they will stay at the optimal temperature even after being delivered. 

If you would like to have a signature required, please make a request with our customer service team after placing your order. 

Our frozen boxes will typically stay frozen up to an additional day (and sometimes more) after being delivered. Our live & fresh boxes will also typically stay cool for an additional day, but these are more perishable and ideally would need to be put away the same day that they are received. Note that these are estimates, and factors such as warmer temperatures and/or having boxes sitting in direct sunlight after they are delivered may affect some of these estimates.

Please see the Packaging FAQ for more information on how your seafood is packed to keep your seafood at the optimal temperature and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
