No, you do not need to be home. We don’t require signatures on our deliveries, and we pack our boxes to ensure they will stay at the optimal temperature even after being delivered. If you would like to have a signature required, please make a request

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or FPO or APO addresses. Only the USPS can handle the final delivery to PO boxes and we work with different carriers to ensure we deliver the quality and timeliness you expect.
