What is your shipping schedule? When will my order be delivered?Updated a day ago

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase and deliver within 1-2 days of shipment. To ensure delivery in the same week, please place your order by the end of the day Tuesday.  

A tracking notification is sent once an order ships. We ship our frozen items separately from our live and fresh items in order to maintain optimal quality, availability, shipping rates, and our free shipping offering.

  • Frozen items: Depending on the destination, frozen items are delivered within one or two days from shipment and packed with dry ice to ensure peak quality. Please contact our customer service team if you need more details based on your delivery location.
  • Live & fresh (non-frozen) items: These are delivered one day from shipment to ensure peak quality.
  • Shelf Stable items: These are typically delivered within 3-5 days of shipment.

Please note that you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. However, if you would like to request a specific delivery date, email or call customer service after placing your order with your request. Please note that we cannot honor all requests. We will respond during our normal business hours and either confirm your request or follow up with additional comments/questions.

  • We cannot offer deliveries on Sunday or Monday
  • Based on the operating hours of our facilities, we do not offer same-day shipping/next-day delivery from the day the order is placed.
  • Depending on the specifics of your request, we may need to charge an incremental fee to cover the cost of shipping. We will reach out to you before proceeding if this is the case.
