Why are some products only available fresh and some products only available frozen?Updated 8 months ago

Some of our items are not offered in a frozen option as the quality would not be consistent or preserved to the fullest. For this reason, we only offer these products as a fresh option so that our customers can enjoy the flavors and textures given by these unique offerings. Additionally, some frozen items are shipped from our other fulfillment locations across the country, and due to logistical constraints, all of our seafood options are not always available frozen. There are similar reasons why not all frozen options are available in a live or fresh format.
