Do you offer organic seafood?Updated 10 months ago
Currently, the USDA does not certify any seafood, farmed or wild, as organic. You can learn more about USDA organic labeling regulations here. Most people think wild fish is organic, but according to the USDA, it technically isn't because the water quality and/or food source cannot be controlled and verified.
If you see fish labeled "organic" it is imported and not certified as organic by the USDA. In fact, some states ban the sale of imported fish labeled as "organic" altogether because it is not organic according to USDA standards. If you are looking for imported "organic" seafood, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
